1 Star out of 4

The players in this game look like midgets with gigantic heads. Because of this, the new animated moves come off in the goofiest way. Yes, NCAA 2000 has faster load times, more than 300 Division-I teams, conference tournaments, "bubble watch" to track your team's progress (pop-up video?), new ESPN commentary, a 6th-man meter, and more, but the bottom line is, this game looks second-rate. The experience can not even be compared to that of NBA 2K.
