(Review of PS1 version)

Where are the fish? I didn't know this was a hunting game. Fish are hard to find and frickin' hard to catch.

This game has some good ideas but falls short. I like how you can drive the boat around the enclosed lake, while at the same time peeking under the water with the camera. The developers made a nice attempt to show reflections of clouds in the water… but the reflection of the boat is missing.

The ambient sound is never irritating; I actually enjoyed the birds. The guitar also hits the right note; the melody is perfectly understated, like the award-winning music of David Lynch's "The Straight Story."

The big negatives are the poor animation, pop-up plague, and the fact that you want that underwater camera to move. Some rotation controls would have been nice.
