Review by DjBatman
3 stars out of 4

Big beats and Afrika Bambaataa/Soul Sonic Force's "Planet Rock" scratch and samples. Not so imaginative but a nice one indeed. Trade Secrets have already manipulated Eric B & Rakim's James Brown-inspired "I know you got soul" (but I must admit that at the moment of writing this review I haven't had the chance to verify whether if they updated it or they just raped the classic that gave the world of music the immortal line "Pump up the volume"). The only trouble is that the hookline has been used and abused throughout the track. Hmm. Like Tzant, it seems that now there is the (bad) habit of putting out a cheap four-on-the-floor remix as the last track on cd singles. Less vocal samples and some more nice sounds'n'effects. Not a pain in the ass, but most of the times I'm tired to death of that kind of beat after a few seconds.
